Um ok, duh. I know that nuke zombies doesn't come in the reg version of the game. Respond to the wrong person's post? I would hardly call trying to pre-order the he a month before release "waiting till the last minute".

No you can't upgrade. I went to make my pre-order two weeks ago (a month from release) and everyone is sold out of the hardened edition unless you buy it online. There is no way I'm going to wait for my copy, so I'm stuck with a regular edition copy of the game. It wasn't a good idea for them to have the Nuketown Zombies map in only the "special editions" many people don't know anything about it and if the map is any good they are gonna have a lot of pissed of zombie fans. Not only the people that couldnt get there hands on a special edition, but the players that have the special edition wont be able to play it with thier friends that have the reg edition. If its any good, hopefully they will have an early DLC for it.

Really? This thread is still alive? The last thing anyone needs these days is another person throwing around stupid conspiracy theories, so I felt compelled to post. You are prob right however, I should have just kept my mouth shut.

I'm an IT network pro, and the lag compensation in the game is so minimal you will never detect it. The game does have some problems with the hit detection system however, but from what have have seen from the MLG guys on youtube, they say it is much much better in black ops 2

What pisses me off about the whole situation is that I would have GLADLY paid an extra $20 for the hardened edition to get the Nuketown Zombies map IF I could find one anywhere. I went to pre-order last week (3 weeks out from release) and everyone is sold out already. I had two choices, I could either pre-order the regular game, or order the hardened edition online and not be able to to play the game until sometime Tuesday. Screw that! I wanna play at midnight! Just gonna have to hope for dlc with the Nuketown Zombies map in it as soon as possible.

I have been at the midnight release for every COD game since the original MW. I have useually preordered the hardened or prestige editions, even though for the most part they have came with useless crap. I love to play zombies just as much as regular multiplayer, and it figures that the one year I wasn't able to preorder early enough to get the hardened edition at midnight it will be coming with something I really want, Nuketown Zombies. There is still a couple of weeks left before release, PLEASE PLAEASE PLEASE find a way to let us still get the new map at release. It's just a stupid code on the reciept anyway! I could care less if I spend the extra $20 and only get the maps for pre-ordering. I couldn't give two craps about the stupid coins, metal case, or avatar junk.

Giving away double XP to gold winners would be a great idea. I have stopped playing in the lone wolf tourneys. What's the point? Regular Joes like me have NO chance of winning so why waste my time?

I have pretty much given up on playing in the elite tournaments. Reallisticaly only probably 5 percent of elite members have a chance of winning these things. I am an average player 1.35 KD and it doesn't matter how much I practice I will never have the skill to win one of these things. I would like to see them add prizes to the top silver player and top bronze player. At least this way regular Joes like me would have a snowballs chance of winning a prize and I would have a reason to play. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I used to be a big fan of hardcore mode, but anymore it's mostly campers. I would like to see a game mode that is a mix of core and hardcore, it would be just like hardcore but with the killcam on. That way you could at least see where the camping queers shot you from and get your revenge.

The Type95 is the best by far! Does 55 damage per bullet (More than most sniper riflles!). Add rapid fire and a red dot and it's a beast. Yes, rapid fire on a three-round burst gun. Try it, it's a beast! Use it before it's patched and they tone down the damage. If you really can't handle a three round burst gun. Use the Scar till the G36 till you get the ACR.

I don't expect them to come out with map packs as they traditionally have. I have heard and expect a map every month, then in march gamers who aren't Elite premium member will be able to buy the traditional map pack. Rumor has it that the first map pack will be a retro one with the old maps Favela, Crossfire, Terminal, and Shipment. Just a rumor I heard. It would make sense to do the retro maps early while the game is still new though. I would LOVE to be playing some games on Crossfire next month!
