I never got around to buying Black ops II after the cluster F that MW3 was, but have been checking in on the forums to see if the feedback gets any better and the game becomes worthwhile to buy. To be honest I have been enjoying the heck out of MOH warfighter as it is everything COD is not. Requires tactical team play, no idiots running around jumping off buildings trying to do 360 no scopes. Is it a perfect game no but the issues in it are far less problematic than the COD lag comp issues.

I still have all my former clanmates from MW3 on my friends list and notice they are playing less and less COD and have moved on to other games more often than in the past. I was hoping i would be wrong and 3arch would get things sorted out in this game as I miss playing with my clan mates but running solo in MOH still beats the cr@p out of the frustration of COD at times.

IS MW3 playing any better now that Bops is out?

Thought I would check in to see if this game is playing any better connection wise now that black ops has been released?

I think I have played 9 games over the last 3 months every time I try it out I make it about 2 games before I realize it still lags like crazy

WOW if Black Ops 2 is making MW3 look good it must be a huge pos. I checked out the forums to see what the general thought was and I couldnt help but laugh and say thank god I was not dumb enought to let Activision and 3arch sucker me out of another 60 bucks.

This guy is currently enjoying MoH Warfighter and the lag free gameplay with no intentions on buying B ops II.

This game killed COD for me. I played some games last night for the first time in 45 days because I had a few cocktails and some friends were online. Nothing has changed it is still garbage, terrible lag issues

Been going on for months and months yet one of many reasons I no longer play the game. I keep checking the forums periodically to see if there has been a magical fix. I should now better by now that there has not been nor will there be.

I do believe I read a post a while back where it was explained by on of the mods that it has to do with players exiting and new players joining the match. who knows for sure??????

The game really has gone from bad to worse. I used to play a ton, but over the last couple months it has become a guilty pleasure after a few cocktails if 3 or more of my friends are online. Now I am just playing Madden and waiting for MOH to come out.

I am lagging worse now. With 1.19 I have not had a decent lag free game at all. My KDR is down about .8 from what it was for the first part of Aug prior to 1.19 being released. Actually the 2 weeks before 1.19 came out was the best the game had ever played for me.

Tomorrow night is going to be a good test for me, I changed service providers and am going from 30/10 to 40/20 so I am curious to see if the improvement of download and upload speed has a positive or negative impact. The game was playing great for the first time in a while then the .19 TU came and now I struggle to hit just over 1.0 kdr which seems to happen everytime they release a TU after a week or so things smooth out but it just sucks because for the first time in a long time I was finally getting some solid consistant connection games.

Yeah having 2 major sugeries in a 35 day window and not being able to walk around has been a blast. So what, who cares if i spend a few hours a day playing a game that takes my mind off spending 3 days a week in rehab trying to get myself in a position to return to my job and back on the golf course where i used to spend 2 days a week.

Sorry i have a bit more free time i will gladly trade you some of it.

and im not your bro btw, next time think twice before you want to assume what someones life is like. Oh one last thing that averages out to just less then 2hours a day of mw3.

In all my 490+ hours of gameplay time on mw3 i have yet to see any of these so called hacks on the ps3 so add me to the cool kids side that says show me video of a ps3 hacked public lobby or it never happend

people have been able to pull info from boosting websites. the so called unjust banned player posting on those sites for boosters/modded lobbies etc, pretty comical when they get called out.

I have yet to see an unjust ban, you can post your gt the community is pretty good at finding the truth, however be warned the truth may end up with. lots of people laughing at you.

people come on here all the time saying the same thing, yet time after time they get busted as liars. just curious as to what the reason code was ie banned reason 1000?

try out the shotguns or lmg's since it is about the only style you have yet to use, Both will require a little different strategy but here is how I set each up

Shotgun

Gun of choice probably the striker or usas to start

use grip when unlocked as everything else but ex mags is pretty useless on shotties

I use range on the USAS damage on the striker once they are unlocked

MP9 silenced as secondary

C4 and flashbangs

Sleight of hand pro

Assassin pro

Dead silence pro USAS and Steady aim pro Striker

LMG

Again gun of choice L86 is prob the best to start with MK46 seems to be #2

Grip first then once I unlock attachments grip+rds although the Mk46 has better iron sights so you can get away with not using attachments or use something other than optics. In terms of proficencies I usually go kick then attachments then speed. I like to move around so speed is very beneficial to me as LMG's are very slow.

LMG'S with blind eye are great for taking out air support so use a machine pistol as secondary for cqb

Frag grenade and portable radar here to cover my 6 if I take up a defensive position

Blind eye pro

Quickdraw

I like stalker or steady aim in tier 3 depending on playstyle

You can play around with different set ups as you go but both of those are fun classes that I use as a change of pace from the more common weapons. I actually think learning to do well with these setups has improved my gameplay when I use a smg or assault rifle.

from a MP point of view I am in your newbie category only a few hours on mw2 so I wont count it. From a COD point of view I have played all the single player versions going back to the first PS release.

The person has to be the leader at the time you kill them. Impossible to track, essentially boils down to luck

I will wait for a little bit for the easy kill, I have already completed the challenge for destroying tac insertions so i very rarely will smash one, unless it around the objective for strategic reasons. If I decide to move on I will let my teammates know where it is so they dont get caught off gaurd.

However if you carry a bouncing betty or claymore it is a very good use to get a free kill and not have to wait. Not sure why the TI'S do not show up in theater mode
