How to get version 1.5 mw3 for dedicated servers

When i try join a dedicated server it says server is version 1.5 and i cant join so i wonder how i get version 1.5 or how i check my current version of the game

Can't find game/lobby

Today when i wanted to play mw3 i searched for ground war and i couldnt find any games or lobbys to play on it just kept searching for lobbys for like 15 mins and couldnt find a game to play on and i quitted. I never had a problem with this i usally find games/lobbys with 50-75 ms ping but today it searched up to 150 and couldnt find any

I need all help i can get to fix this so please help me!

Try redownload it? U can also try verify cache i think its called.

Why do i kill enemies slower then the other?

Always when i play on pc it takes at least like 6-8 hitmarkers after eachother to kill an enemy for me. When i watch the killcam it takes only like 3 shots to kill me and when i watch xbox its also like 3 shots kill. When i say 6-8 shots i mean with acr, mp7, pp90, m4, scar-l, and all other guns. It feels like i got a disadvantage over everybody else and i always lagg when im the host
