I also love Dome, but after 5 times in a row, a little variety is needed. One is Elite Premium, and has the new maps, the other has no DLC. We went into the pre-game lobby, and both maps to pick from were Dome. Thought it was just a glitch that would change after we played, but sure enough, every time we enter a pre-game lobby of Drop Zone, Dome is the only option for maps.
