I found this to be the case.. really stupid because that clan only has 2 members...neither are founders either... and my clan with 25 members can't get the clan tag we want because 2 people have it....

That tag may already be in use by another clan.

Thank you for your reply but I'm afraid the link is just instructions that I've done at least 15 times now...

I can (without any problems) add my clan tag using the website. Save changes, log out, log in, and its still there as it should be. Then when I check the game and choose to use ELITE clan tag its blank. Then when I check the website it is gone?

So I tried doing it through the ELITE console app but when I enter in my clan tag HAMR it says ERROR: Validation failed ..... but when i try using HAHA as a clan tag it works? Why would HAMR be an issue but not something else?

Clan finally reached 10 today as well and experiencing same issue, chose the ELITE clan tag option and it goes blank. I can set the clan tag via website but when i try to do it on the console app it says ERROR: validation failed. Does anyone know how to fix this?

same here,clan level 10 and Gold Tag dont appear,is it getting fixed anytime soon?

Under CALLSIGN, you need to use the ELITE CLAN Tag option.

My clan reached level 10 last night, it shows a gold clan tag next to my clan on Elite. It doesn't seem to be showing up in multi-player yet? Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks.

Can you actually use your clan emblem for multi-player or is it just for elite webpages? Thanks.
