This game and Black Ops just makes me so angry with punishing people for their connection being decent enough to hold together lobbies.

To each his own. The people that have a problem with this issue, should have been pounding Twitter and the other means that are available, to let those that are in control of connectivity improvements that they need to address the connectivity all the time.

I actually sign out everytime I'm getting screwed by Lag not because I care about stats ( check out my Elite if you dont believe me, skeezeeguy ) but because I want to ruin the game for others. Dick move? Sure, but I just suffered through lag comp/ host disadvantage for allmost a full game ( I wait until it's almost done, so If I am host, those who proffited off me get nothing ) so you can have my bad luck.

There is definitely something wrong. I have this happen too. It's like they were just sitting waiting in the ping lobby they deserve, just because there is a opening somewhere they are thrown in or are merged with them so they can mooch. Because I have yet to see a party of them without yellow bars when in the same lobby as me.

Last night I was playing BLOPS with a party of friends (4or 5 people).

We entered into a lobby full of people with mexican flags.

We're like "Okay, we'll stay because it took so long to find a match."

I was shooting a guy in the back. it took literally a full clip from my AK74u, had all hitmarkers, the dude turns around, shoots me once, and kills me.

I was pissed at that point, but stayed in the game because I was with my friends.

Surprise surprise, we had a host migration where I ended up being host and from then, it was smooth sailing. And I live in Michigan, with my friends living in North Dakota, Minnesota, New York, and Illinois.

So, yes, lag compensation is ****. My friends don't have the best internet, but its good enough so that everyone ends up host at least once in a while.

It's not my fault those Mexicans have shitty internet. Hell, I used to have shitty internet with ATT U-verse. I switched to Comcast, and I'm all better now.

And before y'all start talking sh*t to me, we have 2 PS3's running at the same time. My brother paid for his. I paid for mine. We are paying $50+ for our internet connection. My parents don't pay for our stuff, including internet. Hell, my mom doesn't even know how to turn on a computer.

We made sure we got internet with high speeds because of our PS3's.

Edit: I know its on BLOPS and not MW3, but this is exactly what happens on MW3 when I decide to put the disk in.

Solution to multiple users, get better Internet. I don't have any problems on a 75/35 Fios connection. Super speedy! Plus it must suck when you play and have to cater to crappy Internet users due to lag comp. oh wait, you prob have crap Internet. If you don't, then I feel your pain... Lag comp in this game sucks.

It's Mexican lobby again tonight. Anytime anyone leaves a full room, it's filled up with Mexicans. Does wonders for lag/hit detection, let me tell you.

Dude, I will Sign Out if winning. I usually know there is no point in playing before 2 mins of play. I can gain a win by manipulating randoms in to covering one side of the map in GW. I need not a team/clan to obtain a win. That is a fact. Also the point of the W ratio is redundant in the conversation. It can easily be said that gaining a win through team play is negated, because at some point somebody didn't do better than someone else, that just rode the wave to victory by staying Signed In. Or that a team which won, did by them having the "lag comp" on its side since it is to degree determined by team matchmaking. So the whole clan spew, win this, win that... Is all pointless in this game. This game is determined at least 85% by crap connection giving 1 sidebthe advantage.

You are very right my friend but only on some of your rhetoric. Yes it sucks balls when your in a lobby that slows your frame rate to prevent bad lag from these horrible connections, so now you pay the price by being seen and killed way before you can see the enemy. They kill you with one shot, but on thier screen they shot you 4 or 5 times. Very messed up. Thats why when I see idiots flonting thier K/D or Win ratio's I crack up. Ever since this host compensation science BS, I do not believe in these statistics. I tell my clan its not about skills no more its all about the lobby and its frame rate............ So the worse connection you have the better frame rate you will have, because if everyone else has a good connection this science will drop thier frame rate to compensate.... This is messed up...... And you my friend by shutting your system off when you rage for such frame rate dropps, and get a very nice (fake) Win ratio proves my point as well............
