well it should according to the timeline, elite premium members get the last 3 pieces on April 12th. on 360 the whole pack came out a week after that, so the 19th unless they have to wait for the normal store update on the following tuesday which would be April 24th.

I think non Elite PS3 users will have to wait til May to get their first map pack.

So when does the first map pack become available to non elite users??

I have elite and it sucks cuz none of my playin buddies have the maps and I dont want to play 2 map moshpit. I cant wait for the maps to be in the general rotation.
