And I still won't buy the maps.

New maps won't fix the lag, poor spawn and spawn trapping issues I'm more concerned with. They could sell the maps for $5 and I'd still tell them to eat their own mothers box.

That one is not true.

It is partially true. At one point there was a glitch in Elite that gave everyone founder status, I know this because I am not a founder and one day logged on and was being shown as a founder. This glitch also gave me the emblem and title with the green skull which is to indicate founder status as well as the winter camo. However, they did quickly fix the glitch but I still have the emblem, title and camo.

If you live in the US you will get no refund. You agreed to those terms when you bought it on the Xbox. Said so right on the screen.

I dont think you get it.

The DLC going on sale during MW3's content season is what people have a problem with.

People payed for CoD Elite expecting to save money on MW3's DLC, during it's Content Season.

If MW3's DLC went on sale during Black Ops II's season, it would have been fine, because Elite already saved them money on it during the year it came out.

But the fact that its on sale during MW3's season is a kick to the face by Activision, and it's bullcrap.
