Do you trust Treyarch to fix and keep the leaderboard clean?

Treyarch has been very forward in the efforts against hackers and modders, so yes I trust that they will take care of them.
@dave_h12 Yes, we have the necessary tools in #CODBlackOps to moderate the leaderboards. Furthermore, we'll ban those who hack.

In Modern Warfare 2 I was about 25 000th spot on the kills leader board around march I think.
Though 1-2 months later I was around the 200 000th spot

I'll believe it when i see it.
The previous two games have been plagued by hackers and boosters, how many of them have been banned? I'll go ahead and hazard a guess, less than 1%?
Spouting this and that about banning people sells games, end of.
Also, all i've read is 'We have the ability to ban modders/boosters' well news flash people they have had that ability for some time and i still see them every single game i play, go figure.
Thats not the last, Problem of te leaderboard,
Its doenst upload anymore if i get higher round,
In all honesty. They probably do a long run of banning cheaters, modders, and hackers. In the end though the end result is the same. People change IP's, get new XBOX's, and just change whatever they need to around.
For example if i was to get banned for hacking/modding/or whatever. I can use 2 simple solutions: 1) IP Change/Proxy 2) I can always at anytime exchange my xbox to my retailer since it has a 2yr replacement plan and get a brand new one free!
So there is honestly no way to ever fully stop a hacker/modder/or cheater. Treyarch and InfinityWard both will ban but eventually and always stop as its too much of hassle. Too much work and not enough man power to keep up with reports of these people cheating. So in the end you deal with it and move on or quit. I know many friends of mine have given up on the COD series just due to cheaters/hackers/glitchers/and modders. They've moved on to other games that have been far more secure and carefull with such people. Now not saying their 100% hack free or cheater free but still probably some other games are doing far better than the COD series.
