What did you expect from a game that`s 18+? I don`t mean to be harsh but as far as I`m concerned anyone under the age requirement shouldn`t have the game whatsoever. However, you`re right about how some kids are mature for their age but that doesn`t really come into it.

The same happened to me an I live in Australia, where Call of Duty is rated 15+. I am 15. I could get a legit age Call of Duty account and a legit age Xbox LIVE account by using a fake parent account but it's ridiculous that I can play MW3 which is rated 15+ but not COD: Elite which is 18+. There is nothing violent or anything in Elite so it should be 15+, but it goes by the American rating, even in Australia. I'm not even sure if I can still get my map packs and I'm not going to wait 3 years to come back and play MW3 with Elite.
