is it your xbox live account have to be 18 or is it your call of duty account im confuesed or both.

Yeah this pisses me off. I paid with the money that i work for to use Call of Duty ELITE and i am 17 years old. But i cant use it? but if i can buy the game i can go kill people ad watch their blood splatter everywhere. this is bull crap. Thanks activision.. Severely disapointed.

Goddamn, all the kids are screaming. The game is rated M 17+. You have to be 17 years or older to make the actual purchase. As for ELITE, all I can say is tough luck. You would think that a game that's 17+ would have similar restrictions on the content within as well. So I guess that just means you'll have to grow up some before you get to use it.

Age restrictions are dumb and i dont understand why COD Elite is for 18 or older because 3/4 of the people that play Call of Duty are atleast 18 or younger which was a big mistake on IF or Activisions part who ever made it...
