Thank you for your reply but I'm afraid the link is just instructions that I've done at least 15 times now...

I can (without any problems) add my clan tag using the website. Save changes, log out, log in, and its still there as it should be. Then when I check the game and choose to use ELITE clan tag its blank. Then when I check the website it is gone?

So I tried doing it through the ELITE console app but when I enter in my clan tag HAMR it says ERROR: Validation failed ..... but when i try using HAHA as a clan tag it works? Why would HAMR be an issue but not something else?
