Old School mode would generally be the same as it was in CoD4. Everyone starts with the same weapons, weapons and perksare earned thru pick ups thru out the stage. This was one of my favorite modes from CoD4,

No Auto Snipers or Shotguns

No A.C.O.G./Thermal on Snipers

2x Claymore/ 2xC4/ 2x Frag/ No Semtex or BB

Killstreaks limited to (3) UAV, (5) P.Airstrike and (7) Attack Helicopter
