Very simple request - Add a Makarov emblem please

As he was the driving force behind the campaign, he deserves at least one emblem! Yeah he's got a title but so does Ghost, who wasn't in this game, and bloody overrated anyway. He had an emblem in MW2, why take it out?

 

I mean, even Shepherd got an emblem and he wasn't even in this game!

 

I hope this is considered, because I really want to use a Makarov emblem :(
