Clan XP

Hey Beachhead,

my clan "alien" has not recieved the 500 xp startup bonus.

If you could help with that itd be appricieated

I am the clan creator.

  I am not a founder, but i was told that for creating a clan you get 500 xp just for creating it.

I still havent receved 500 xp for creating a clan... I even checked activisons F&Q in support and it said there you should wait 24 hrs... my clan was created NOV 15th... Still no 500 xp for creating a club..

  i think the 500xp you are thinking of, is from the founders status.....
  
  i have premium and founders, i got the 500xp for my clan, but i dont think just premium members got it? i might be wrong though.

Your right on the 500XP bonus from founders, but you should have recieved 500 xp just for creating a clan. When you create one you should automatically be level 2 (hence the 500 xp for leveling). Heres the link to the activision support part that proves it.

Hey aliendood,

Apologies for the confusion. The 500 Clan XP boost is only available for Founders (Premium members who've activated before 12/13 or purchased Modern Warfare 3 Hardened Edition) Our customer service group is correcting that Knowledge Base article.

  my clan is lvl 2 rite now because i got 2 founders to join

My clan (Origin Skillz) has 4 member (2 founders me and a friend) and only my xp has been added. do we have enough premiums for challenges and can i have some assistance with my friends non-exsintent xp THX!
