Currently Being ModeratedRe: Clan Operations Preview
I have been trying to get answers through Twitter for the last 2 months on almost a daily basis, and have yet to receive a response. Beachhead, Elite, and FourZeroTwo have ignored my questions without as much as an "I dont know" and I have to say it has really gotten under my skin. If a company wants feedback, the respect should go both ways. These are my simple questions that, even if an "I don't know", deserve a response.
- I would like to know a more precise timeframe for when clan operations are expected to be released. Giving us the "Coming Soon" message we've read since Nov. 8th and vague PR responses still leaves us completely in the dark.
- I want to know what will be done for the Elite founders. Another service extension seems very fair considering the product was not 100% complete upon delivery. Those who lost MONTHS because we bought this service from day one, in good faith, should be compensated. The extra token was a good gesture and the Elite titles are cool, but simply not enough to justify 50 dollars I spent as of yet.
- Are clan challenges going to be released along with clan operations or will that have a separate release date? If on a separate date, what kind of progress has been made towards challenges?
- Is there any intention of giving clan operations the dimension of clan vs clan battles? I never expected this to be part of the Elite service, however, hearing the idea in this forum has left me wondering if this specific feedback will be implemented in the service.

Some of you here may be able to answer this. Am I wrong in saying that the lone wolf challenges are very EST unfriendly or am I just missing the ones that start at a decent time? I know the one where they gave away the jeep was at least doable as it got over at 10pm on Sun night. However, I find that the vast majority start way too late for me to attempt participating in. Is this true or am I wrong?

seeing as how Activision and Infinity Ward are located in California.... its safe to say that they favor the west coast
but it doesn't really matter when an operation is... because it'll probably be cancelled anyways lol. thats what happens when you take a crappy game, mix it with an even crappier website/service that isn't even complete.
just ignore IW and Beachhead Studios, don't give them any attention. Black Ops 2 has been confirmed and is already in the making (most likely by Treyarch) so just wait until that game comes out. afterall, Treyarch knows how to properly make an online multiplayer game... where as Infinity Ward knows how to release the same old stuff and f*ck people over

World at War is one of the best, if not the best CoD game in my opinion... i love world war 2 games, and WaW was refreshing. treyarch does things right. where as infinity ward tries to do way to much, and fails hard because of it
your secondary weapon should only be a pistol or a launcher. not the case for infinity ward. first they make it so you can run around with overpowered, akimbo shotguns in MW2. and now in MW3, you can run around with overpowered, akimbo machine pistols...its a secondary weapon for a reason... your only supposed to use it in dire circumstances, as a last resort basically. not be able to run around like its a primary weapon and destroy people.
if infinity ward would have just stuck with what they did in CoD4, then there probably wouldn't be so many problems, and the modern warfare series would have done so much better... but then again, when the vast majority of the people who play CoD aren't even old enough to by the game, let alone come up with any sound logic... then its easy to see how they can get away with this stuff

It was asked earlier with no response. I understand the scores of the top 6 Premium Members in a clan will count towards clan ops, but does that mean if your clan does not have 6 Premium Members, you can not enlist in clan ops and earn clan xp? I have a clan of 8 so far but only 5 are Premium Members.
