Okay I've been running a Clan since pretty much when they started and I gotta say it's not easy, not that it's anyones Fault, so much as there are some things I'd love to see or have improved.

Okay Firstly The Clan Feed is Great Except it's too Short, I keep having to spread announcments over 2 Messages, I understand the premise (smaller Announcements Less Space on Server, but seriously it's too small for me, okay that's not a major thing, but it is related, the big problem is I have 91 Messages on my Clan Feed, about 16 are either "send me Invite" or "Invitaiton Sent", then some are "What's up with Clan Ops" or "Cool Emblem how do i get it in game" these messages are all well and good, but they are now just accumulated Clutter, as so many of my messages are Tips adn Tricks, as well as some Ground Rules for Staying in Clan, It's very unlikely new members are gonna sift through 91 messages for some tips and rules when they don't know there there in the first place, My Idea is Folders or Tabs, basically have it so there's not just one Single Feed but a Place to store relevent Info, that way I can have a Folder/Tab, "New Member's Read This!" "Tips and Tricks" "Getting the Most From Guns" So on. that way I can keep more people informed of things going on.

Next I'd love to see an improved Member Viewing System, by that i mean a way to ascertain real info, not just what games they play, there KDR and there Create a Classes, actually relevent info, I need to know things like if they Camp, or Run and Gun, If they use P90 or MP5, I know what your gonna say look at there Create a Classses but that's not really helpful, for instance I'm a P90 User but I've currently got MP5 equipped as I'm trying ddifferetn weapons, however if I wanna go into a Clan vs. Clan Match I'll bring a P90, my Create a Class is Misleading. For me this will help to Select Appropriate Members for Battles and be able to plan accordingly.

One of my Big Problems atm is tryingto organise Jug Training, I've seen amny players using Jug more effectively and I want to help train my Clan to Cooridnate both with a Jug and Against them, Organising a Private Match of Juggernaut is hard as even though we all live in same City, we are not all on and getting info to members isn't easy.The Clan Message is okay, but it only works if pople actually go across to Clan Screen, and Most Don't. An In Game Alert System would solve this, I could type in a message that passes to all Members while they are playing, telling them we're doing Training or Playing another clan and they will see it, you could do it scrolling marquee on top of screen for inmatch, and have an option to quick join in menu, if it's during Lobby have it appear on screen with an option to join straight away. On top of this I'd love to see a similar Events Clander to the one for Event's/Ops, but for Clans so i cna organise Training and Events (Battles, Ops so on) and it also can appear in game warning members events are abotu to start and they should get ready to join.

I'm not sure how easy these things would be to implement but they would help a lot with organising and running clans cause at the moment it's very difficult, and we haven't even started Clan Ops Yet, anyway if anyone else has any ideas feel free to post or if you agree with my ideas you can agree too, either way I hope to see at least one of these ideasat least in the future.
