What are Clan Operations?
Clan Operations are competitions which score players and Clans based on a specific statistic in a selected game mode over a pre-set period of time. Operations can range from Most Team Deathmatch Kills to Most Captures in Domination, generally last for three to four hours.
The two key differences between Clan Operations and Lone Wolf Operations are that Clan Operations score members of Clans instead of independent players, and Clan Operations award Clan XP. Please note that only the scores of up to six Premium members of your Clan will count towards winning prizing.
How do I enlist my clan in a Clan Operation?
Your Clan Leader must enlist your Clan into a Clan Operation. If your Clan is not signed up you should contact your Clan Leader to enlist.
Can we challenge other Clans in an operation?
Not directly. Clan Operations allow Clans to compete for global placement in comparison to the score of other Clans. The top six scores from participating Premium members in your Clan are combined and count towards this score.
How are prizes awarded?
Prizes are awarded according to the Winning Criteria of a Clan Operation and your Clan’s performance.
An example of winning Criteria:
- Gold: 90-100%
- Silver: 75-89%
- Bronze: All remaining Clans with participants who score
Who is eligible for Clan Operation prizing?
Premium members in every region are eligible for Clan Operation digital prizing (badges & Clan XP).
How do I know my Clan is enlisted for the Clan Operation?
You can confirm that your Clan is enlisted by checking the Clan Operation detail page. Your clan will show up as “Enlisted” if enlisted or “Not Enlisted” if your Clan is not enlisted.
Why can’t I see how the other Clans are performing during the Operation?
Due to winner verification measures, clans are not able to check a competing Clan’s placement in a Clan Operation.
How long will it take to post the winners?
Winner verification for Clan Operations will vary depending on the amount of participants and prizing. Winners will be posted and prizing will be distributed after the winner verification process has concluded.
Why didn’t my score help towards my Clan’s Operation score?
Your Clan’s performance is based on the top 6 Premium members who participated in the Operation. If your score is outside the top 6 in your Clan or you joined a clan after the Clan Leader has enlisted in a Clan Operation, it does not contribute.
Why isn't a newly added member of my Clan counting in a Clan Operation?
Only players who were clan members at the time of enlistment will be counted for Clan Operations. Newly added clan members start counting in the first Clan Operation that was enlisted in after their join time.
How can I tell which players’ scores will count towards my Clan Ranking?
You can tell which players’ scores count by checking the top 6 Premium members listed in the Your Clan’s Performance section of the Clan Operations details page.
My clan got XP but I didn’t. Why?
Clan Operations earn your Clan XP within ELITE. This is separate to XP earned within the game.
Will Clan Operations be available in Hardcore Mode?
We will introduce variation in type of Clan Operations offered on ELITE over time and Hardcore Modes are definitely part of the plan.
What type of bragging rights are we going to get as the winning clan?
Clans can receive badges for their Clan Showcase and Clan XP to progress their Clan Level based off their performance in Clan Operations based off their performance. Clan Level unlocks include:

No, your members can participate in different lobbies.

How do I suggest a Clan Operation to my Clan Leader?
You can suggest a Clan Operation to your Clan Leader on your Clan Feed.
Will my score be counted if I join a Clan during a Clan Operation?
Your Clan stats count toward the last team you were on during enlistment.
Joining another Clan that already enlisted during a Clan Operation
If you were in Clan A but joined Clan B in the middle of a Clan Operation, only your score with Clan A will count.
Leaving a Clan during a Clan Operation but not joining a new Clan
If you were in Clan A during a Clan Operation but left Clan A before the end of an Operation and didn't join a new Clan, your score will count towards Clan A.
Is there a minimum number of people needed to participate in a Clan Operation?
There is no minimum to participate. However, only the scores of up to six Premium members of your Clan will count towards winning Clan Operations.
I lead/belong to a Clan in a different country. How will I know when Operations are taking place?
