Sometimes they don't show up in the player list. I think you can track them while you are in the game. Also you can filter the player List by alphabetical order or Time Played. With time played, you can find players around them. I take a screen shot at the end of every game, to record the players, or during the game, then you can go back and do a little research. The players will have "Aliases", to the right of their name, a list of past names used. sometimes they haven't set up a profile yet, so try to get what you can at the time, during the game. It may be the only way to get their steam ID. it's unfortunate we have to resort to all of this, but think of it as an investment into the neighborhood
no doubt some perverted, disturbed hax will double their efforts... but so will I. it may be a battle of wills;) ...but we have something worth fighting for, and they don't 
I don't believe we will have a problem with good players getting banned. It's a big responsibility on BANCANDY, but that is where the responsibility should be. I also think that if players will go to the trouble of proving cheating, they will discover they were wrong. but inversely, I have discovered other cheats from other players that I was not aware of...
