Please take note - It doesn't seem to me that this is an issue with the Clan privacy settings not functioning correctly. The current settings do not say anything about 'blocking posts', just preventing them from being read.

I don't think it's a case of a current function not working, it's a case of there not being a needed fuction.

Okay, now I really am curious... what's your clan name?  Why do you have that many people searching for your clan? 

I get about 2-3 messages on xbox live every 1-2 days, but 25 in 1 day is ridiculous.

No I don't want to join, I'm leader of a clan with ~96 members.

Being able to delete the posts would be a help but preventing them would be better.

Another way to Go is to go to a Site that Hosts Free Forums, I used to use those For my Linkshell (Clan) in Final Fantasy XI, I could do a Fair bit, I chose FB coz I thought most of my Clan would be on FB and therefore would join, but as it is I might be Ditching the FB and setting up on another Forum Site the one I used to be on was an Italian Site, It wasn't easy to begin with but it just took a bit of deductive guess work (as in if there are four choices one is usally Yes and another No, so then I just gotta think what would the other two be and work from there), but there should be plenty of English ones now.

The Best thing about Forums is you have more control then with FB as well, which is why I'm looking at switching, in the end there are actually a lot better choices then Elite, there is Blog Sites, Forums, FB, Twitter (I think, I tried Twitter but I coulnd't make heads nor tails of it) and if your really tfeeling adventurous you could start a whole new Site, course it will mean you wil have to inform your Clan, but that is sorta easy coz all i did was set my clan Message to "Join FB Group (insert Group name) now, please!" and then most came over.

Anyway before I make this message any longer while I agree with the Original Poster about having a Lock, I think overall Elite needs a Complete Overhaul as I have everything from Clan Vids to Clan Training to Clan Advice and Rules and Right now a single Feed is Useless for everything except Invites... and while I only have 33 members I still have another problem of I get some people who are like Invite me, then (I assume 2 hours later) why won't you invite me, then are you there?, then they write a message saying I don't care about them and that i should get knotted, or then when I do invite them they join for about a day then Leave, or don't bother to ever accept.
