Blind Eye does work on Specialist, however Theater Mode and Kill Cams are whats broken. You show as a red dot on HB Sensors while using Assasain Pro and show up as a red box for killstreaks while using Blind Eye in Theater mode and on Kill Cams. My best guess is that guy picked you out and knew where his teammates were. I get plenty of kills on Blind Eye people with Reapers and AC130s because they aren't hard to see, even without the red box. Ballsy move doing it with a pred missle since theres always a chance you could be wrong and it could be a teammate, but Blind Eye isn't broken in Speicalist
