Mac is right about the paddles. For the first couple of hours I was hitting them a lot. More with my left hand than my right. I ordered the left paddle as A and the right as B so I would jump or melee randomly. The Onza was a bit bigger than xbox controllers so I had to adjust my grip to avoid the paddles.

Also you have the left paddle for X (I have mine for A to jump while aiming) so if you're in a gunfight and you hit it by accident, you're going to start the reload animation and die. While they're a bit overpriced (especially the custom painted ones), I wouldn't say they're a scam. I don't have the knovwledge or tools to modify a controller myself so this was the next best option.

And obviously marketing the approval of a dozen youtubers should not effect your decision to buy. I'm sure they all got theirs for free or heavily discounted. And while youtube is where I first heard about Scuf, I didn't see Sandy Ravage with one and buy one the next day. I researched them a little and bought one 3 months later once my other controller crapped out and I had the money.

If you don't have $100 to waste than don't buy one.
