I've been doing this for a wihle and it really works
In between matches just drop down and do push ups or do sit-ups while waiting for the next game to start. This honestly really works and i feel good lol. I mean i work out due to footbal practice and track but this honestly works. I can now say i have a nice looking upper body![]()
Anyway do this in between matches and you'll see results... i sound like a bowflex commercial but ehh it works
So get your butt of your chair and do this!!!![]()
Oh my god. I thought I was the only one. I normally do sit ups. I try to do as many as I can before the match starts. When the match Is over, I do it again...unless I have to tweak my classes or pick a new map. Kudos to you.
Now Instead of raging, Ill just do push ups, it's the perfect plan!
