Interesting This Forum Post has as many Views as a Beachhead Announcement and yet... Beachhead still don't get it... is that extremely sad or is it just me?

Well at this Stage I've found using a Forum has allowed much much more cntrol, I have Appointed 2 Generals (1 more coming up the line) and I'm hoping ot have soem Specialists soon, I have a Full Ranking chain with Different delegations of Responsibilities adn I've made a lot of Progress, I curretnyl Split it this way

I find Elite is Totally Useless so I just use it for the few things only it has like Inviting Clan Members and to Enlist in Clan Ops. i find I still get asked questions and like, so it does get used for that from time to time.

I use Facebook for chatting and such, it's at this stage a Social Forum, I post Generals Tests through it and such which is about the most sophisticated it gets.

I now have a Forum and i use it to delegate Tasks and to run the Clan as Efficently as I can manage, it is the True Heart fot he Clan and where i leave important messages and information, such as Clan Training/Match times, vids on Tactics adn Equipment, Clan Ranks and such.

In this way I find while it sucks to have multiple Tabs open it is Most Efficnet way to communicate and organise.

I understand what you are saying but I find the best way to run a Ranking Structure is by having it as loose as Possible, for the most part the Generals only have in game Authority during Clan v Clan and Clan Ops (sort of), outside of that it is only small things they can control, it's not like they can just boss people around. They mostly just help me to set up Forums and Moderating them as well as other Tasks that Push clan Forward.
