No speacial letters just regular Custom Class 1 and so on.

Dear ELITE_Help,

I sent changes to game and it asked to use CoD ELITE classes. I accepted. Something glitched out and I lost all my classes. There were no guns, perks ect... I clicked the "reset class", mucked around with classes but ELITE won't send changes to game any more. It says it has suceeded but it hasn't when I go to my Xbox. This has happened to my friend as well. I use Google Chrome on Mac. Xbox GT is: GeneralKittyCat and my friend's is: x5harpsho0terx

He uses Safari on Mac. Please help, regards

I am sorry to hear you guys are having this problem.

If you are having trouble trying to send custom classes, I recommend trying a few things;

1. Ensure there are no special characters in either your Clan Tag or Custom Class (@, $, &, %, *, #, etc etc)

2. Make sure that you are not using equipment that was unlocked with a Prestige Token

3. Make sure that you are not using the Founders weapon camo "Winter"
