Beachhead I'm calling you out!!

I would like a reprsentive of your company to come to these forums just like G IH A IN D II does for IW and give us up to date information on where your product is going and what you are actively doing to correct all the problems. Elite is a product which you need to subscribe to so therfore you need to be more transparent with your dealings with us the subcribers. As we pay for your service it is therefore our right to demand what is going on and not to be fobbed off with copy and paste messages.

Your last build which was supposedly supposed to fix problems has since created more problems, people are unable to view previous operations, XP and badges now take a few days to arrive where as beforehand it was there within an hour, clans are being de-enlisted and some are unable to enlist entirely the list of problems are endless. Someone needs to man up and come out and tell us what is going on and address issues users may have. So is there anyone brave enough at Beachhead to do so???

    Guess I'm the only one with these problems wanting to know what is going on. Comon Beachhead sort it out.

      In regards to XP and badges not being available, winner verification can take anywhere from 7-10 days for badges and XP to be distributed.

        Thanks for the reply I appreciate that but you still haven't stated "WHY" the change in xp and badge allocation and haven't answered my other questions. This is the reason I asked for you to assign a member of your team to come here and interact fully with the subscribers of your service. We want answers to what is going on not copy and paste messages that we have seen again and again. I'm not giving up and I will become a pain in your backside.

          Winner verification taking 7-10 days to process is not new and has been the case since Clan Operations started.  While there have been times when that information would populate immediately after an Operation was complete, it has always had the potential of 7-10 days for complete verification. 

           

          However, I understand your frustration and I will pass this suggestion along.

            This is why I am asking "why", why did the information populate immediately after an op prior to your last build but now take 7-10 days, why can we no longer see previous operation details? You have seen the countless posts made on these forums, twitter and other communities asking what is going on, that's why I feel it is in your companies best interest to get someone to come to these forums and let us know is going on.

             

            How many people do you really expect to subscribe to Elite 2.0 with all the problems currently unaddressed and unanswered?

             

            For what its worth I'm glad your reading this and passing my suggestions on.

    hay you beat me to it our clan have had the same problem we used to get our xp and badges within 15 mins of completing the ops but now there saying it takes between 7-10 days the thing is our members are talkin of not doing the clan ops anymore if it dont get sorted and as you say all of us who do the clan ops pay the premium tbh i wont be paying for premium again if this does not get sorted within the month as a game of this size across 4 different gaming formats shouldnt be taking this lightly and i can see many others leaving COD ELITE  when there premium runs out as we cant get a refund from it

    Why are previous operation details no longer available? Why does the dashboard show 0 hours played for everyone? Why did the information for a clan op populate within an hour prior to your last build but now takes between 7-10 days? All I want to know is why? Is that too much to ask?

      Im trying to figure out if you are actually serious?

       

      LISTEN just LISTEN to the way you are talking to these people..

       

      They have told you that it can take 7-10 days to sort so why dont you go give a close family member a hug and tell them about the bad man that wont do whwt you say....
