Clan Ops Leader

How about making it where you can have more than 1 Clan leader because sometimes the leader may not be able to enlist into Clan Ops and other things!
Yes, a co-owner. Where someone can enlist in clan ops but does not have the authority to change the title or emblem or something like that.
I whole heartily endoorse this! I am not the clan leader for our clan but everyone comes to me if our leader is not on as I am his co-founder. Now Im sure there will be some who worry such a position would be a problem in case of clans getting stolen for example, or someone falling out etc, but if the clan leader were to have the option of what powers they have, such as admins on a forum can select what powers moderators have, then this would be a great edition to elite as far as a clan administrative role is concerned.
Definitely... I love being the leader of my clan, but I've grown tired of always being the one to have to enlist in the operations. I'd love it if I could share the responsibility of enlisting in ops with fellow clansmen.
This has been requested numerous times, still nothing...
Especially since the Clan Ops are showing up with very little lead time lately.
i agree. why should the clan leader have all the fun? our leader went on vacation a few weeks ago and him being gone, we were not able to enlist.
i think if your a premium clan member, you should have access to enlist in ops, get the same awards such as wall papers, choose your own title etc. leader chooses motto and clan badge.
after all, we are all paying customers and should get the same as a leader
That would be awesome I'm a leader as well it would be nice to have a co leader who could enlist in ops and recruit members. As far as people stealing clans just make it to where co leaders can not kick people so they cant over ride the leader. problem solved elite get to it we want it and we the ones paying for it it least yall could do since clan ops have been so screwed up lately!!!!!!!!!
I agree with this 100%.
agree
Good Idea if its not to much to ask?!
I am all for a co-leader IF
The Co-leader can ONLY!
(1) Enlist in Clan Ops
(2) Enlist in Clan Chalenges (when they come)
(3) Change the Message of the Day
NOT the ability to
(A) INVITE or DELETE members
(B) Modify Clan Name, Clan Tag, Clan Title or Clan Motto
(C) Modify Clan Emblem
We don't need to have the problem like one clan has already had. That being the clan was hijacked by a member of the clan and he then deleted all other clan members.
I think your restrictions you have listed are great, only I would disagree only on one point and allow the deputy clan leader to also be able to invite new members to the clan. I think they should be allowed to send out clan invites. Specifically when a new clan member wants to be fully in the clan on Elite before a clan op starts so their points count. We have had that a few times now, luckily our leader has been available to invite them just before hand, but he isnt going to be on every weekend, nor am I.
With restricted powers as you suggested, invites can cause no harm to the clan leaders status quo.

The problem I foresee with this is that a co leader could invite anyone to a clan, and possibly not vet them first, friends of friends etc - The last thing a clan would need is a load of boosters/cheaters in it, as this would jeapordise the whole clans standings, and at worse get them shut down - only the clan founder should be able to invite people - in my opinion
Agree with this 100% - Be nice to see it done
i siad it before and i'll say it again, we all need to be able to enlist.
don't get me wrong, our leader has been doing a good job signing us up and all, BUT vacations, have to work, etc... he can"t all ways sign up. speacialy now there is not a lot of notice for clan ops lately. i think he may be losing interest a little because all of the boosters, lagging issues and all the forigners who can't speak english hogging up the lobbies.
3 ops been up for a few days now and he has yet to sign up for 1 of them so far. i paid my money and i plan on using it, just stinks that you have to rely on some one else 100% of the time to play a clan game.
Excuseme, i don't understand forigners in lobbys? Mw3 its a game around the world...and for example i talk with my team mates and muted the rest... You talk en english with a French player,o spanish o turkey?
Anyway...im with you in give posibilitie to enlist a more clan members...
I'm founder, i work early,and go to bed very late....it's hard,very hard¡¡
And im spanish and its very complicated for me read, understand and translate....but i try...
If i said something wrong, please, accept my excuses,ok? See u all in matches.
One example:
Two saturdays ago, i get married and in the middle of the event,i enlist my clan in a domination clan ops... B(
Near to be divorced later...xD
It's good another co-leader....
or maybe even have squad leaders along with a co-leader, for those clans that have 100 people. Co-leader be able to do what the tallowby said, squad leaders have the ability to enlist in ops.

Please see the above thread. This thread is in direct relation to my thread except its going into details about how this should be done properly. It also explains why it would be a bad idea to give "Co-Leaders" any responibility over and above assisting with moderating game lobbies. Please read all responses prior to posting and let me know your thoughts.
