Specialist Streak glitch?

Hey guys, I'm not sure if this is a glitch, if i've been hacked, or if i never noticed it but how come i can select all tier 1, 2, or 3 perks to be in my streak? For example: Recon, Scavenger, Sleight of hand or Recon, hardline, and blast shield etc etc? Has anyone noticed this before? Have I been hacked

u never noticed it, you can select any perk as a killstreak for specialist ._.

  That's wierd, I thought you can only select one from each tier...Then again i haven't really used the specialist streak a tonne of times

  I always use the assualt streak (Air strike, AH6, and Pavelow) so I guess I never noticed that before xD
  
  But i did thought that when I did used it, the other perks in the same tier would be highlighted out...weird. Maybe it's a post-patch thingy ma-jig
  
  Or maybe i just never noticed it -___-

Probably all the feelings I had when I read this, but yeah, there are so many messed up things in this game that little paranoia is acceptable
