Yes and yes; Elite 2.0 isn't a new program, just an update/patch of the original. It signifies the start of a new content year for the Application. Clans will be there because it is the same program. Clan Ops will also still be there, so we will continue to be able to level our clans if you haven't already hit level 50. Now, whether or not they will continue to run Clan Ops for MW3 is unknown, but they will be run for BO2.
