Trophy Glitch?

So ive just finished the game(PS3 version) on the ''Super hero'' difficulty

 

and you have guessed it.....the trophy didnt pop up all i got was the ''Peter Parker'' trophy

 

is this going to be fixed?

    Even if they fix it the trophy wont unlock for you. You have to play it again.

     

    Happened to a lot of games in the past and no dev adjusted the code so you get it once you downloaded the patch.

      oh ye i know ill have to play it again...but its just annoying...going trough all that effort just to get the 1 trophy instaid of 3...ah well hopefully they will fix it soon, in the mean time its back to hero =P

        I finished it on human and got the Peter Parker achievement (on 360). Then I played it again and got the other 2. Maybe it only happens when you finish it on super-hero as your first playthrough?
