HELP! Prestige tokens not activated!

Last night I prestiged in Black Ops, Call of Duty 4, WaW, and CoD 4, and MW3.... I have not received ANY prestige tokens. I am wondering if we can get this escalated so infinity ward can get the prestige tokens.... this is BS because i did this and now lost all my pro perks and guns for nothing.....
