Running Solo? Please Use Blind Eye~!

I seen countless times where im on a team of randoms, N00bs and split screeners, and we play a party, of people who obviously know what they are doing.. I immediately use my blind eye class... why?
because I know they are going to spam kill streaks!
I Will go on the mic and say " Everyone Use your Blindeye class"
what happens?.... they dont
They think its more important to reload faster as they die 2 seconds later by a pavlow
I Just dont get it these players.. its like they want to be terrible at the game.. If I was new and someone says use blindeye, at least after my first death, im gonna try that suggestion, its like they want to go crazy negative and lose!
why do I care?
Because as they are dieing, I have to look over my shoulder more, not only at the enemies they are dieing from, but also my own team are like walking time bombs, if they get close to me, I could die by enemy air support.. Over all affecting my stats.
I know it's frustrating when they just keep feeding the enemy team killstreaks. It's even worse when the enemy team knows how to spawn trap. Generally, when this happens I just put my Blind Eye/Assassin class on and use the noobs as a distraction to set up my kills. I figure if they are going to run non-stop to their deaths, I might as well pick up the easy kills while the enemy is reloading. I remember one time it was so bad that I had earned a heli but couldn't call it in because the enemy team already had one up. So I shot it down, then 3 heli's back to back from them later (I shot them all down btw) I was finally able to call mine in. Unfortunately, I had to die along the way to pull it off but I did get mine in the air and a couple of kills from it before they shot it down.
yeah it is frusterating, I end up usiong them as soemthing like advanced uav. if I see skulls, or a green triangle disapears, I know an enemy is around there.
I normally use specialist class against a party or clan.. because they always get shot down
I too use blindeye pro, assassin pro
ive been using blindeye since the game come out its proberlys the greatest perk ever created in the whole cod series
this is true, especially when your playing solo, it can be the difference between a W/L or a good or bad KD
I have a solution to this problem and its called the EMP, that is unless of course though my team-mate excessive deaths my team gets chain EMPed.
Anyone who is worried about the performance or decisions of their team mates should be playing FFA. Jus sayin.
That really doesnt make any sense, when you play team objectives, it is about your teams decisions, and because they make bad ones, then I should just be stuck playing FFA?
how about if they do not know how to counter enemys, they shouldnt be playing team objective games, and they should play FFA... just saying
lol its like saying if your on a basketball team, and your able to play offense and defense against a team, and somone on your team doesnt, you should quit playing and play street ball by yourself.... doesnt make any sense
Im just sayin you cant dictate how people want to play. Its upto you to protect yourself and stay alive. Your team mates might make bad decisions that could kill you but in all honesty you probably do the same to them in certain ways without even knowing it. The smart CoD players know how to play solo on a team full of useless fodder.
People rely on their radar to find the little red dots, well Im paying real close attention to where those green triangles are and what direction they're facing. If the triangles light up then I know theres action in that area. If a trangle dissappears then I know my boy just got wasted. Depending on what direction the triangles are facing will depend wether or not I need to keep an eye on certain doorways, corners etc. It tells me if I have rushers or campers on my team and will help my decision making within the match.
By doing this it allows me to keep an eye on my team while I traverse the map and kill enemies. If the enemy calls in air support then Ill switch to my Blind Eye class if Im not using it already. Most people do the same because no one likes getting slaughtered by enemy killstreaks. Another option is just staying in doors, which is also a popular choice among non-Blind Eye users.
So while you're trying to dictate other players to use a certain perk just so YOU dont get found or die from enemy air support then I will say that YOU should carry a launcher and just remove the killstreak from the sky. That way you are helping yourself and your entire team and since you insist on playing a team based game then maybe you should help everyone rather than complain about how they want to play.
I understand and agree with the point that you can't tell people how to play, but as someone who runs blindeye and assassin with a stinger, it gets a little frustrating when trying to help your team by taking air support down, just to have a teamate who is on the map run up to you before you can get a lock on, giving the enemy team extra kills for no reason.
So I think the better request would be, if your not running blindeye, give your teamates a wide berth, to save giving extra kills away or stay inside and hope a teamate can take the air support down for you.
No one is giving kills away to anyone. If I spawn somewhere and Im trying to get to cover from enemy air support and I happen to run past you while you're trying to take it out and it kills us both, thats just crappy for both of us. Its not my fault that you died, I was trying to get out of the way. Sometimes friendlies spawn near you and theres nothin you can do about it.
Nothing in this game is supposed to completely protect you from something else. Blind Eye is not supposed to completely protect you from enemy killstreaks. It keeps you hidden from them but its still YOUR job to avoid getting smashed by a Reaper or a Pred.
To think that team mates are purposely running towards you and staying in groups just so the enemy team can get more kills is kind of rediculous.
You obviously missed the point of my post. its not about telling people what to use, its having class set ups for different situations. I have a class where I run SOH, but as soon as I hear enemy air support, ill switch to my blind eyes class, its about KNOWING how to play the game SMART
I use blind eye and keep my distence from my team, i was talking about when there is enemy air support and they start running over to me, to try and get away from a pred or something.
And your wrong, I dont get my teammates killed, if anything I save them, I know when to shoot and not to shoot.. I dont take shots when I know I may not get the kill, that could give away others positions..
people in this game shoot at nothing right behind you because they saw a glimps of an enemy. what happens? they give your position away, the enemy shoots at you, you try and get cover, but YOU CANT because nooby mc noobs is right behind you blocking you from safty... thats what im talking about
My entire point is that you cant dictate how people play. If I want to use the crappiest gun and go out and get 3 kills and 15 deaths and the entire team loses because of my lack of skill or my bad decisions then thats too bad for everyone else. People can play how they want and that includes sticking with SoH when choppers are spraying them down.
When you play with a team you're taking a chance. You're taking the chance that your team mates might mess up. They might get killed a lot. They might not do alot of killing themselves. Enemies have oppertunities for mulitkills and generally when multiple people on your team die simultaneously they will all spawn in the same general area and proceed to the same general choke points on the map. The maps are designed for action to happen in certain specific areas, and in most cases if you are engaging with enemies then you will find yourself in those areas among your team mates. You cant expect to segregate yourself from your team, thats why you are a team. The game is programmed to keep team mates relatively together so they can play and communicate as a team if they choose to.
If you're truely worried about team mates causing deaths for you or losing matches for you then you must play game modes that dont involve team mates. Otherwise like I said, you're taking a chance. No one has to use Blind Eye if they dont want to. If Im using SoH and Im trying to unlock SoH pro then Im gonna leave it on that class even if the enemies have a chopper/reaper out. Ill just go inside. If you happen to be in the way when Im getting hit with a Predator missile, how is that my fault? Blind Eye or not you can never assume you are safe from air support, its YOUR job to get to safety.
I think that the Support Kill-Streaks are one of the reasons so few players change classes during the game. For many players, their best chance at a lethel kill-streak is the Stealth Bomber, and they really don't care if they have to go 14-30 to get it. If they switch classes, they will lose any kills they manage to eke out.
As to why they don't start with Blind-Eye, I can't answer, but I typically only have it as a starting perk on a couple of my 10 classes (not including specialist load outs).
Its more frustrating to me that players will feed the other team killstreaks and almost never try to shoot them down. I have to run a trophy system on half of my classes just to avoid dying everytime to predator missiles that my teammates gift wrapped for the enemy team. When the enemy team gets their helicopter, I just hide out in a building until its gone because I'm not about to end my killstreak to make up for my team's continued ineptitude. I suppose this is what I get for playing solo...
I always have an anti-air class setup, but it's funny because I've actually seen more people shoot down air support lately.
I think more people would shoot down air support if they knew it added to their point streak, or maybe they're just too darn lazy, lol.
oh the parties and clans have nooo problem shooting them down.. its the randoms that never do, or have the proper classes to do it
It sucks but it's there choice, dude. I have had this happen countless times on Domination but I just resort to defense while using support. This way I can still do well but I will take a loss. It's better than quitting all the time IMO.
yeah I do the same thing
Just my 2c.
How about you switch to your Blind Eye class (with a Stinger) & take the air support down?
All my classes have a Stinger (only 1 class has the Blind Eye perk) and I rarely have issues taking down air support without Blind Eye on.
Thats what Im talking about. If there's a threat or a problem that you dont like then you must take it upon yourself to deal with it. Dont expect your team mates to cater to your needs just so you can stay alive. If you dont like using launchers then have a Trophy System ready to plop down if theres an incoming Pred or Reaper or w.e.
Well here is a hint.
Stop caring about the stats in the game since the mean nothing outside of the game. Stop thinking you can or should be able to tell others how to play or even suggest it. Because in truth you can not do any of the above. No one has to listen to what you say because you are not their boss, nor did you pay for their game or internet. So in the end they do not have to care what you want or like or how you think they should play the game.
Once you learn these basic rules about playing online it makes the game a lot easier to deal with.
So in the end coming here and expressing your frustration about how others chose to play the game and have fun will not ever change how they play the game; because in the end they do not care about you or what you want or like. So either play with a full group for the playlist or accept the fact that people are going to play different than what you think they should. And do not have to listen to you at all regardless of how good of a player you think you are compared to them.
This could not be any more annoying when all you have on your team are non-prestiged single digit level players that have NO idea what's going on, and you're left to deal with the killstreaks.
I hate how I'm often the only one on my teams who even HAS an anti-air class.
Seriously, some people need to start learning the importance of switching classes and actually using your custom class slots effectively. I see even prestiged players being this stubborn.
And I cannot tell you the amount of acolades I have for most classes switched, because it's up in the four-digit area. Not even because I want to use a different weapon, but because killstreaks keep coming up and compromising my ability to even play normally.
