A matter of connectivity.

I really hope that MW3 doesn't suffer from the same syncing and connectivity issues that Black Ops does.
The poor "syncing" of Black Ops places players behind real time in the game. They're essentially not playing the same game as the people who are (I guess) "properly" synced with the host.
When you're out of sync, you're playing a second behind.
For example: You see a guy running toward you, and you judge him to be about 10 feet away, because your screen shows him to be so. In all actuality, however, he's about 5 feet away. Your screen is giving you a false and delayed representation of real time (host) game play.
You start blasting him, yielding no hitmarkers, and are knifed. "WTF" you think to yourself, "He should so be dead."
What you don't realize is that you were never actually hitting him, even though your sights were directly aligned with his player model on your screen. He wasn't really there.
People are always mistaking this for poor hit detection, when they're really just out of sync or "behind."
This isn't lag at all. I really don't know WTF it is, but it's a detriment to everyone's (especially the behind player's) enjoyment of the game. If your screen is lying to you, there's really nothing you could do.
MW2 didn't have this problem. CoD4 didn't have this problem. CoD2 didn't have this problem, etc. Please, IW/Sledge whatever Treyarch did wrong do not let it happen in this game. PLEASE!
Based on IW & SH developer interviews, articles, & tweets I've read, watched, & listened to, I'm hopeful that multiplayer sync issues will be far less frequent & severe in #MW3.
A huge issue and a game breaker if its anything like BO.
