Who Still Uses Airdrop Traps?

A month ago the game was still new but most of the people on there were skilled players that went out of their way to get the game early to get a ton of early XP; they learned the game mechanics really quickly. Now, with the Christmas noobs all over us, I've began using traps a lot more and 4 out of 5 times some newbie falls for it (a nice early lesson in MW3: don't trust enemy Care Packages!).

So, does anyone else use them anymore?

I've been using the traps since the game came out, and i would say im i've been about 75% with it. Its all on how you market your trap, Location, and trying to sell it like its real. I still get some "vets" with the airtrap alot too. Although. Playing with Xmas Noobs is very fun.

I still use them and almost always someone opens them.

And I almost never open traps, so I really don't see how people are still falling for it.

  Well, people might still go for them in hopes that they contain some really epic strike...
  
  But I do think that Traps need a slight buff. Make it so the moment you hold down square next to a trap it goes off, instead of making it so it takes eons to detonate when the person grabbing it can reconsider...

I do; I like to "sacrifice" myself though when using them by standing next to it pretending to open it, they then believe it is real and KABOOM; works everytime!

As for me falling for them; I don't. I either always run sitrep that makes them glow a nice red colour, or I don't touch ANY enemy care packages, end of.
