"Insert colorful language" - hell!!!!!!!!!!!!
I envy you and your large displays, I have a 22" in my bedroom and a 42" in the lounge. That's all - and the TV in the lounge is usually taken by various members of the family I can't play CoD infront of.

Lorian,
That is why I had to get other tv's in the house, and multiple PS3's. Have to share them from time to time. Netflix, other games, etc. for the wife and daughter when she somes every other weekend.
Though I will say this....it is great to have that many tv's when your 'boys' want to come over and play in a party.
Also, playing split screen on the big tv is pretty damn easy because it is so big.

Yeah, that's true. They must be killer for parties.
I may have to pay you a visit soon.
Oh- and does the Projector have input lag? Out of the ones I have experienced (unfortunately not owned) they mostly do.

Visually you are right but adjusting to gameplay is a different story. Someone who plays on a widescreen could jump on a standard def and gameplay wise do fine. When you go from SD to a widescreen though it is so hard to shoot on target. the R to L sensitivity goes way up (obviously) and it is tough. Like I said when my wifes at work (3p-11p) and my kids are taking a nap or going to sleep I play upstairs on my 55" LCD and get my ass handed to me as I am used to my 36" SD and the movement is so different. I also play on a smaller one and it is still hard to get on target after playing on the SD.
I think its what you are used to and if you have an HD tv no matter the size and are used to it you will def see things that others will miss.

Yeah, there's a big difference in resolution between Standard Def and High Definition. As far as TV size, it's all about getting the right distance between you and the TV when you play.
If you have a 24" TV and you're nice and close, then you're good. If you have a 60" TV and you're at a distance where your eyes travel the same distance to see the minimap as they do on the 24" to see the minimap there, then it's the same thing and you're good too.
It's all up to personal preference. I like a bigger TV, because I can lay down on the couch and chill while I play.

Adding components into any system (audio/ video) will increase your transfer times......slightly. But to me it's like the difference between wired vs. wireless internet, just something to adjust to.
I don't notice any difference in my game play on the projector vs. the LCD/ LED.

I play on a 40" HD Sony LED LCD. I sit about 1.5m away and it is PERFECT! Anything bigger would be hard to play on considering you have so much screen to navigate. I could imagine a 32" would be awesome to sit close to and everthing would be framed nicely.
1080P HD is the only way to play.

I think the distance you play from the screen and look sensitivity are the deciding factors. Ask ten people, you'll probably get ten opinions. I use a 46" 1080, which I do have to move my eyes to check radar, but I see enemies at a distance better. I also play at 10 on sensitivity, and notice that is too fast on smaller screens.
I think its whatever you get used to as far as screen size. But, anything less than an HD resolution, IMO, you are a step behind.
