OK, Lets use the 15%, what does that mean in total number of players? Lets use a extreemly understated 10 million total copies sold. Thats still generates 1.5  million Hardcore (HC) players. Most games would be lucky to even total that number in total sales.

Ok the percentages for HC are less but look at the shear volume of sales, your argument is faulty.

HC gamers paid the same as Core gamers and were never told we would not get the same privileges as the core ones. We were told we could compete against other clans and individuals with the understanding that all would have a shot to achieve on the same playing field. We don't.

Even some core players got the shaft here because their core game type is also not included in the minimal operations list.

Now after the fact this information that we will not get what was advertised is unacceptable.

Two thing that will happen if Activision doesn't act quickly..

(1) They have already lost potential revenue on new titles because of this.  They are loosing players now. In the above case the loss of up to 1.5 million copies in sales is significant.

(2) Legal investigation into their business practices is costly to defend against. I have already contacted my lawyer and he stated it would be a tough case to win but it is possible and HE IS PURSUING IT.

In the end the only power we wield is to impact Activisions bottom line to effect change. I advise all the disenfranchised to do the same.

We the Hardcore gaming community feel completely disenfranchised with the inequality on elite.

You both also order better tyres for these cars, but they're not available and have no release date, yet you pay anyway and are happy to wait - being told "you wilboth get your tyres"

Eventually, your mate receives his red car fitting Tyres and is happy with them, and you are told "you will get your tyres, sorry but the demand for red was overwhelming".

Just play the god damn core modes to try and level your clan up a little, then own us all with your camping skills (all HC players camp - fact) when they launch a HC one.

right i have enlisted in the clan ops sticky fingers, yet for some reason it says PDT and not the uk time. Yet it says above the time will be automatically tuned to your location.

last time i did this it made me play the american time which is different from my friends...who live in the same place.

i have changed my settings to UK but nothing so this must be a mistake on your part. i cant get the guys to stay up till half 2 in the morning...am i missing something?

I would just like a little clarification of what exactly this means. If someone could help me out it would be great. Does it mean that youre kinda screwed unless you have at least 6 premium members in your clan? Or does it just mean that it takes the average of UP to 6? So it wont hurt you if you have less than that?
