Still haven't received winner verification forms from COD ELITE REWARDS. IPad2

I notified the prize team and they sent an email back saying.

Dear Call of Duty Elite Prize Winner,

Congratulations! We are currently processing your winner verification forms and will be sending out a prize email to the email you used for Call of Duty Elite soon.

Please note that the prize email will be coming from callofdutyeliteawards@callofduty.com and make sure to check your spam email filters for the email.

Thank you!

I sent an email to the prize team again 5 day's later after this email was sent to me and asked how long will it take for me to expect the email from COD ELITE REWARDS and they sent the same response to me.

It's been 17 days and still no email from COD Elite Rewards.

  They told me to keep contacting the prize team. Your support says they have nothing to do with prizes.. But if I keep contacting the prize team they keep giving me the same response back. Please reply on what I should do ELITE_Help thanks

The first prize i won was on the 9th of januari 2012. Thats over 2 months ago!! This should not take that long
