In non-objective games... camping, patrolling an area, holding down an area, whatever you want to call it is an absolutely weak way to play. In objective game-types it becomes a little more of a gray area.

What is not a gray area for me and, I believe, for most people is the extreme camper ADS in a corner...with a TI or not; That doesn't work at all. Other forms of camping work great, and as much as I HATE the camping play-style, you can't argue with its results; That's why camping won't go away.

Camping is easier to get positive results with than it is while running&gunning. Not close to as much fun, IMO, but it does get good results.

I don't know the actual percentage of campers in each iteration of COD, but Infinity Ward did bring Kill Confirmed to COD and the support package. These two things, in theory, should've helped a lot of players not feel like they have to camp so much. I guess camping is too easy to deter players from that play-style.

redx is right about the camping because I see more people camping then actually moving. MW3 is camping friendly not noob friendly or runner n gunner friendly or even military tactical friendly either. This is why I liked MW2 better because there were so many things to use against campers such as the RPG and the Noob Tube and marathon and lightweight as well basically it was perfect. Black Ops on the other hand the makers were more for making the game balanced so basically every playing style can be used successfully without having to try. They should seriously up the explosive damage again and make extreme conditioning give you unlimited sprint. Instead of giving into the demands of the campers they should of tried making the game balanced.

what good are finite numbers if they are pure conjecture.  if you think there is more, just say more.  you don't have to make up unsubstantiated numbers trying to make yourself look smart.  and by the way,  pm me if you need me to dumb that down for you.
