Clan Operation , Why is there only One per week ?!?

Hello, my name is Daniel

To whom it may concern, I had elite for more then five months now. And I can't help but see, and wonder why everytime we (your customers)
Request Clan Operations, you guys give us these whole big run arounds about why you guys don't have any clan operations.
When you guys do decide to post Clan Operations up, there is only ONE !!! and or like five weeks ago u guys posted up like 4 Clan Operations
but they all got canceled. ;( I am just saying Elite, You guys are making us, your customers(am sure am not the only one) feel like you don't care.

Please anyone who readsthis, help me get this noticed, So Elite will hoepfully post more Clan Operations.

Beeachhead just now found out a lot of people signed up last November. Read their post below dated May 5th. Since when has there been a massive influx of customers? Love the words 'to better support demand'.

They are in way over their heads here guys. Their words, not mine:

This weekend's Clan Ops are being rescheduled to a later date as we perform maintenance as quickly as possible to better support demand. We'll update when additional Clan Ops are added to the Program Guide.

  I also remember seeing that posted on their twitter last week, yet I still haven't seen those Clan Operations they weretalking about, oh wait did they mean that ONE, and ONE only clan operation they had yesterday?!? This is just lame, how they feed us their excuses, when it seems like they can work on everything else (black ops 2, Lone Wolf Ops, Career page, Etc)
  But they can never Better Met Our Demands; for the Clan operations SMH!
  
  I honestly, Don't feel my demends have yett to be met for this site, and I am not even asking
  for much, just for the employee's/employer at Elite to do what you guys promised, and what we(your customers) paid for.

    They had a clan Op last Friday. It did not count towards any clans XP. They awarded all clans 500 XP this past monday. They let us know the Op did not work as expected approximately 12 hours after it was completed.
    
    To be honest, Beachhead was way over their head from the start.
    
    We still don't have Clan Challenges either, something promised day 1.
    Clan Ops also promised day 1.
    
    They will begin to communicate more and more though before Blops II is released in hopes to have us forget their 'mistakes'.
    
    All in all though guys, it's only $50, something you can make in a half a days work with semi-decent wages. I am not upset with a $50 loss, I'm upset they don't ever communicate with us.

      I am also not sad about the money $ cause your right, we make that like in a day or more, well i make more, and for those with jobs.
      
      I just cared that I expected what they told us, and yet, still haven't met my expectations,
      of what we were told about Elite.. am I correct?
      
      like every day two days that go by, they should reward us with some sort of exp, and
      even at that it not what i wanted, i wanted to compete, to enjoy both MW3 and Elite.
      I keep hearing about clan challenges, but still not shure what they are, can you fill me in a bit?

        I pay ~$50 a year for a game called hattrick.org, a soccer simulation game.
        
        Whenever they have any down time where the game does not work as promised (even if it's only 30 minutes) they reward you with additional membership.
        
        Aka, at the end of every single month, I get a message from them stating something similar to:
        
        We are sorry for the inconvenience, due to unexpecte downtime, we award you 3 hours and 15 minutes of membership.
        
        How unreal is that...
        
        Talk about appreciating your members.
        
        This on the other hand... they promised something day 1 that we still don't have today. Still no real communication on their part although they are communicating more (Blops II is getting a little closer).

        As always, glad to see you online ELITE_Help.
        
        I'm still awaiting a response to our clan not receiving XP for the 4.28 Op.
        
        We had over 30 hours of gameplay combined during the Op. It said enlisted the entire time and it did not count for us.
        
        We still would like this 1000 xp to be awarded to us.
