Hello my classes are not the same in elite and in the game

what I want to say, it is that my classes do not change I change them into the game but in elite they me turn out to be different, 

a lot of time ago changes them into elite and already I could never change them and this way they remain, I them change sending the changes to the game but they do not appear already

I have searched for the whole web about this and i do not know what to do
