ANARCHIST TITLE AND PRESTIGE ?????

Ok, so I want to complete the challenge to "the anarchist" title but I was wondering if I were to prestige would I need to start over or will the kills carry over?? please help??

I'm fairly certain the only ones that do carry over are the prestige challenges. You'll need the 25 multikills in the same prestige.

The kills do not carry over I got to about 15 several times then one prestige I was on 23 and got 2 multikills at level 80 for the title, think you get an emblem for 50 too
