MAJOR Glitch with Face Off maps

Every so often you will get a lose for some reason. We think it's when the forfeit timer hits zero. We have been sitting in the same lobby and started with 8 loses. We've played 20 games and haven't lost once neither has host dashboarded. But we have 13 loses now. Please I hope you guys can figure out why this is happening

thats the least of the problems the spawn trapping is a joke specially on vortex ive just quit 3 games in a row because of it

Mark Rubin says there is a patch for it coming, but I doubt it'll take away those losses.
