I used to be that guy, and have bought every single COD since COD4. I am done. I am not buying BLOP2, because I know the campaign will be crap just like the first one. I also can for see a lot of issues with the game and not very many fixes. One of the main reasons is because I hated BLOP1 campaign a lot. I hated it with a huge passion. I was tired of playing it at about half way through and just finished it just to be finished with it.

But I still love COD as a franchise and I can see a future return to glory.

Every CoD has its ups and down.  You just have to look at the fun side of each one and figure out what it is about that game that you like.  Don't let all the nay sayers and kids try and ruin it.  When you play for fun, who cares about the other crap like stats.  Just play until the next one comes out because it will not be perfect either. 

Personally, I hate when new games come out.

I get so used to the one I am playing then a new one comes out and I have to start fresh.
