I'm being asked to re:PAY for NEW SPECIAL OPS MISSIONS and SPECIAL OPS CHAOS MODE! when already an elite member

Hi Guys,

 

I'm a premium elite member (membership doesn't run out to Feb 2013) on XBox360 but the new DLC Special Ops etc. is asking me to pay for the levels? and won't download.

 

Any fixes for this?
