Ronald Acuña Jr. Steps Up to the Plate with Call of Duty: Mobile
Pro baseball player and Call of Duty: Mobile superfan Ronald Acuña Jr. teams up for an epic in-game collaboration celebrating the All-Star player with a free earnable in-game Baseball Bat – La Bestia Melee Weapon Blueprint.

Ronald Acuña Jr.’s baseball accolades speak for themselves, and he’s not done yet. Later this month, Acuña will compete in his third Homerun Derby and fifth All-Star Game as an outfielder for the National League.
So how does a pro player like Acuña relax when he’s not training or competing as an All-Star player and member of the Atlanta Braves? When asked about his favorite lazy Sunday activity, he didn’t hesitate: “I play Call of Duty: Mobile.”
Some of his favorite features in the game include Battle Royale, Search & Destroy, the AK117 Assault Rifle, and Mythic Sophia. To celebrate Acuña’s love for Call of Duty®: Mobile, we’re teaming up to offer users the chance to earn a custom Baseball Bat—La Bestia Melee Weapon Blueprint. Swing, batter, swing!
“I’m happy [and] proud,” Acuña says about the release of Baseball Bat—La Bestia. “I’m going crazy for [it] to be released. That’s when things are gonna get fire. I’m going to play every day!”
Celebrate Acuña during the in-game login event taking place July 11–25 UTC. Players who log into the game a minimum of three days throughout the event and take out 13 or more enemies with any Melee Weapon will unlock the custom Call of Duty: Mobile themed Baseball Bat—La Bestia Melee Weapon Blueprint designed in collaboration with Acuña.
Wield the yellow and black bat, marked with Acuña’s logo and “Welcome to Nuketown” etched into the barrel. Get out there and swing for the fences!
