The Anniversary Season just got more sinister.
Evil reigns and undead roam free in the latest Halloween update for Call of Duty: Mobile, which features new and returning playlists across Battle Royale and Multiplayer. Only the bravest souls will conquer these chilling challenges, earning weapons, camos and more rewards for participating in this haunting Anniversary Season event.
Read on for more details on the Halloween update, including the key rewards you’ll earn from playing new horror-themed playlists and events.
Battle Royale Featured Event: Undead Fog
The undead are starved for human flesh and have infiltrated both Isolated and Alcatraz for their fill of Battle Royale soldiers.
From October 29 through November 4, both Battle Royale maps will become shrouded in a heavy fog concealing hordes of hungry and aggressive zombies. In addition to usual zombie areas, the encroaching fog allows zombies to rise in all zones in every map, defending their territory against any soldier that dares to approach them.
The influx of zombies will help you complete a brand-new set of challenges based in the Undead Fog event, where you can earn rewards like wingsuit and motorcycle camos along with the Epic “Devil’s Horns” Calling Card for completing 10 Battle Royale tasks. Don’t forget to check those Mystery Boxes for some high-value (and randomized) items!
Halloween Standoff, Attack of the Undead Return for a Limited Time
An anniversary season and a Halloween event creates the perfect storm for the return of Call of Duty: Mobile’s first themed map: Halloween Standoff.
For those who didn’t experience this map’s frightening first run, this map is the classic Standoff map set under the light of a full moon. With plenty of haunted jack-o-lanterns and other terrifying treats, Halloween Standoff is available both in a variety of modes and within its own featured playlist, which includes Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, Kill Confirmed, Cranked and Attack of the Undead.
Yes, the zombie free-for-all Multiplayer mode that made its debut in Radioactive Agent will also rise from the grave as part of the Halloween festivities!
Here, one player out of ten is randomly turned undead at the start of the match. The nine remaining survivors must run down the clock before they are downed and recruited into the undead ranks. Will you end the match with your humanity intact, or will you join the zombie horde?
10v10 Pumpkin Confirmed Live Through Halloween
The spooky updates to Multiplayer don’t stop at Halloween Standoff and Attack of the Undead; from now through October 31st, Kill Confirmed will receive an eerie expansion with 10v10 Pumpkin Confirmed.
As for 10v10 Pumpkin Confirmed, it trades dog tags out for pumpkins and expands the lobby size to 20 players, bringing a bit of creepy chaos to Kill Confirmed on an assortment of popular maps.
There is also a featured event with tasks based in the 10v10 Pumpkin Confirmed and the Halloween Standoff playlists. By completing this event, you can earn several rewards including the epic ‘Pumpkin Smile’ weapon charm, the rare ‘Jack O’ Lantern’ weapon blueprint for the DL Q33 and MSMC, the rare ‘Deadlocks’ sticker, and more.
These rewards, as well as 10v10 Pumpkin Confirmed, Halloween Standoff and Attack of the Undead will only be available through October 31, so don’t miss out on being a part of these frightening festivities!
Get Wicked with New Halloween Themed Lucky Draws
The Halloween event also features three Lucky Draws available for a limited time.
Along with the Halloween Redux Draw, which marks the return of the Legendary AK-47 “Pumpkin Head’” weapon blueprint, the Thorned Rose Draw is still blooming with a bloody good sniper rifle blueprint and operator skin. On October 29, the Wicked Trickster Draw will round out a terrifying and terrific trio of draws, bringing some wickedly great items to further bolster your arsenal.
With plenty to fear and to cheer, there’s no better time to drop into Call of Duty: Mobile and experience all the frights and fights for yourself.
Prepare for mobilization.
