Φ/Λ: F/7 (Center-East). Once you pass under the iron archway park entrance, you can stop off at the restrooms, located in a small parking lot with a couple of vehicles to use as cover. The roughly cube-shaped toilets have two entrances (northeast and southwest), and two separate halves for men and women. The standard of cleanliness is about what you’d expect. Think about hiding here as a reasonable option. Note that the locals sometimes refer to this area as Varskaya Park.
